Piqi
Piqi is an open-source macOS app that answers technical questions in customer meetings from your own knowledge base, with sources. It detects Teams, Zoom, and other calls automatically, transcribes audio on the Mac, recognizes the other side's product questions locally, and searches documents, code repositories, web pages, Confluence, Notion, and images. A short answer appears with its source in a panel at the top of the screen; questions without a matching source become document gaps, and once an approved answer is written they are answered instantly next time without a model call. When the meeting ends, Piqi prepares a summary, decisions, action items, and a follow-up email. Personal-data masking, on-premises model support, and a content-free audit log make it suitable for data-sensitive environments.
